BrewDog New Albany

Definitely recommend going here! Ordered their food off Uber Eats and it was the best wings we have had since moving to New Albany. The burger was so fresh, every peice of it down to the bacon and the burger sauce was absolutely amazing. Wings were crispy with the buffalo sauce was amazing as well! We got the pretzel...big YES to this too. Next time we will be trying out their on tap and local beers on tap. This is now our favorite place to go to eat.

My husband and I stopped here for a quick lunch break because we wanted to try BrewDog's wings. We were not disappointed! These things were massive, crunchy, and savory. 😍 I had the honey adobo sauce and my husband ordered the spicy buffalo. 🐃 We also got a side of fries. Overall, we loved our food and would like to go back another day when we have more time to hangout. The restaurant itself is nicely done!

I would like to share with you our experience at your New Albany location on New Year’s Eve. When I made the reservation for the outdoor bubble for New Year’s Eve, I thought it was going to be a very special evening. I paid the $30 reservation fee for the bubble, when we arrived, the bubble was not ready yet. When we did get into the bubble, it had not been cleaned. There were french fries all over the floor. The heat hadn’t been turned on until just before we got there. I was assured that the bubble would be warm , so we moved inside the restaurant even though the server said that there were no tables available. The entire restaurant was basically empty. Here are the issues we had once inside… 1. In our attempt to order our dinner, the server informed us that most of the things on the menu were not available. Those were all the things we expected to order as we had looked at the menu prior to coming there. She said the kitchen was a mess and they messed up and there wasn’t enough of everything. 2. Two of us ordered tacos. They were inedible, overdone, and not eaten. 3. The salad consisted of wilted lettuce. Not eaten. 4. My wings were so burned that there was hardly any meat left on the bone to chew, and if there was, I couldn’t chew it. Those were not eaten. 5. The meat on the sandwich, my husband had was overdone and not even edible. Not eaten. So we left the restaurant without eating anything and we were hit with a whopping $67 bill ( which, by the way, reflected a 25% off discount from the server.) to which you automatically included a 20% tip. That bill was just for the two of us. So basically with the $30 I paid for the bubble that we didn’t use and the $67 we paid for the food we didn’t eat. It was a pretty miserable night.

Got a flight. They charged per beer instead of a set price. Didn't let that bother me. I just wanted to let everyone know the specifics. I'm not an IPA fan but the Elvis juice was so good. I ordered the caramelized onion and gouda grilled cheese. It was amazing. The wife had the carnita tacos they were ok; nothing to race about. Overall, it was a nice experience. Think we will continue to try places!

Had a great time at the Polar patio for the first year. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The igloo itself was cozy and warm with the space heater they provided. The food came out fresh and quickly on a Friday night. All 6 of us had a great time. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but outside of that I highly recommend using the polar patios! Great price and unique atmosphere!

Loved it!! We went on a Friday to grab a beer and lunch. The vibe is so cool and there’s plenty of space to sit where your comfortable. They have 24 taps of craft beer! Our friend loved the fact that they have NA beer on tap. He even got a grower to go when we were leaving. The outdoor patio looks so fun so we will be back as the weather gets warmer. They have a little bit of merchandise for sale and even dog treats. Dogs are welcome too. The wings were delicious and big! The pretzel is big enough to share and the cheese and mustard dip were both great. They offer plenty of vegan options as well. In fact 50% of the menu is plant based. I had the chicken taco and it had a little heat to it and were so flavorful. Happy hour is Monday through Friday from 4pm-6pm. Go check it out!!

Food was great, service not so much. Waitress was very snarky the second we got there. Didn’t even try to look and see if I booked two igloos instead of one just argued that it was only one. She Tried to take our menus away immediately and repeatedly told us to order all at once cause they basically weren’t going to make multiple trips to drop off food outside.
